Orders over R1 000 qualify for free shipping (within South Africa ONLY). On orders under R1 000, a R100 shipping fee will apply.
We generally ship out your order immediately after payment is reflecting in our bank account, that generally takes no longer then 24 hours.
The duration of the shipping is generally 2 to 3 working days to most part of South Africa and up to a week to most remote areas in South Africa.
In the case our courier provider cannot deliver to your area, we offer the option of using Postnet, this means the parcel will be sent to your closest postnet for you to pick up.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Returns and exchange will be offered only to purchase in within South Africa
Shipping fees are not refundable.

Products that have been worn (other then to fit) or washed will not be exchanged or refunded, all product must have the original swing ticket attached when returned
Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery back to Vents Brull, the cost of delivery to us is on your behalf.
A full refund will be given for products returned within 14 days.
