Products that have been worn (other then to fit) or washed will not be exchanged or refunded, all product must have the original swing ticket attached when returned.
Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery back to Vents Brull, the cost of delivery to us is on your behalf.
A full refund will be given for products returned within 14 days.
